Seeking a mature, dependable multi-tasker with excellent customer service for a leading Plastic Surgery clinic with minimum 5 years of experience
Duties include:
1. Engaging with patients/clients to foster practice-patient relatinship.
2. Assisting in coordinating the flow of patients, scheduling surgeries, maintaining patient charts and assisting in an administrative capacity.
3. Educating prospective patients on procedure(s) of interest
4. Conducting phone consultations, scheduling consulation appointments and pr-operative Surgery appointments
5. Facilitating the financial transactions of procedures ( discussing cost and financial payment options )
6. Processing insurance claims, including submitting pre-authorization papaerwork and collecting co-pays
7. Assisting in implementing marketing and outreach programs.
8. Optimizing the Customer Service experience of all patients.
9. Potentially being available for assisatance in the Operating Room
Skills Required:
1. Computer skills, Microsoft office
