Seeking highly motivated, customer service oriented individuals with excellent organization skills. Must be available to work 20-25 hours per scheduled week, able to stand for 10 hours. Must work well in a TEAM environment.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Acknowledge and greet all guests in a timely manner
• Be alert and attentive to all fellow staff and customer needs
• Follow all set-up procedures in preparation of service
• Follow all safety procedures as directed by the Company
• Maintain a clean and stocked work station
• Must display continued knowledge of the Company menu, ingredients, drinks, daily specials, and promotions
• Correctly input all POS orders and payment information
• Thank each customer for their business
• Pledge to perform all job functions while upholding Company Policy and Procedures as directed in the Company Handbook
Skills Required:
Preferred High School Diploma or GED
Exceptional Customer Service Skills
Organizational Skills
Counting and Calculating Skills
Must have two years bar experience in the service industry
Strong Communication Skills
Must possess knowledge of basic drink recipes
