• Acknowledge and greet all guests in a timely manner with a smile and positive attitude. Leave all personal business at the door.
• Be alert and attentive to all fellow staff and customer needs.
• Respond positively to Management instructions and direction.
• Must follow all set-up procedures in preparation of service.
• Responsible for completing all cleaning duties. Duties are subject to change at any time and are specified by the "Busser Cleaning Schedule".
• Follow all safety procedures as directed by Company.
• Maintain a clean and stocked work station.
• Responsible for completing any task assigned to you by Manager on Duty or Kitchen Manager to the best of your ability.
• Making sure all inventory is stocked and accounted for while keeping the Manager on duty informed of all products used.
• Clear tables in a timely manner following Company cleaning procedures.
• Transporting and re-stocking soiled dishes and paper products into proper container.
• Assist Bartender and Servers by delivering food orders as appropriate.
• Assist Servers providing service to customers with specific needs(Elderly, Child, Handicap, or Allergies).
• Able to answer any questions a customer might inquire while working the floor.
• Assist Manager on Duty preparing for Catered events and deliveries.
• Pledge to perform all job functions while upholding Company Policy and Procedures as directed in the Company Handbook.
