Sugar Land Police Detectives are asking for help identifying a theft suspect targeting property inside a medical office building.On Wednesday October 27, 2021 at around 2 p.m., the person pictured was captured on surveillance video entering an office building in the 1400 block of State Hwy 6 and stealing personal property from a patient that was at the location.
